If you are selling or renting a property, we’ll meet with you to discover the key benefits and essential details that buyers and tenants look for.  During this time, we’ll also collect a spare set of keys to facilitate seamless viewings.

For those wanting to purchase or find a rental property in Jersey whether you live locally, or are perhaps wishing to relocate from the UK or beyond - as soon as you have found some properties that you are interested in,  we will undertake a complementary video call with you to ensure we are aware of all your requirements.  You send us the link to the property you wish to view and we will arrange and carry out the viewings for you either by video call, recorded video and/or some photos. 

Whether you are selling, buying or looking to rent a property, office space, land or other commercial building -  We offer individual , open house and virtual viewings tailored to suit your needs.   Therefore we can support Vendors and Landlords, and Purchases and Tenants with viewings, including those off island seeking 'buy to let' properties. 

You simply pay for each viewing upon the time of booking, prior to the viewing being carried out.

Many buyers and prospective tenants feel more at ease viewing a property without the owner present, allowing them to explore and envision themselves in the space.   When undertaking viewings for those buying or seeking a tenancy, we offer an independent and unbiased viewing service with no benefit to gain other than helping you find your perfect home or rental space.

We will provide feedback from the viewings undertaken, helping sellers and landlords understand the first impressions made by those viewing the property and any areas for improvement.  For those instructing us to view on their behalf, we will provide a video of the viewing and some photos (if a video call was not made during the viewing) and a brief written description of the property based on their requirements.

Our service is perfect for property and land owners who may not be available to conduct viewings themselves or who would rather not be client facing, making the selling or letting process smoother and more efficient.   We can also save you time and money if you wish to view properties but do not live locally.

You will always know who is representing your property, ensuring a trusted and dedicated approach to helping you secure the right buyer or tenant.   Equally, if you are searching for a property you will have already met with us virtually to discuss your requirements prior to any viewings so you know exactly who is looking after your independent viewing.

Once your property is under offer or secured with a tenant, we’ll return your keys free of charge. 

We can help undertake property condition reports, which are a legal requirement for property rental in Jersey and must be completed by the landlord within 7 days of the tenant agreeing to live in the property.  If at the end of the tenancy, the property has been returned in any other condition (not the same or better than when the contract commenced), then the landlord should complete a condition report in the same way as at the beginning of the tenancy.  Once the report is undertaken by us we then hand it over to the landlord to complete the process with their tenant. 

We can also undertake property checks as part of your tenancy contract, but only for those properties for which we have carried out condition reports.
